| The bulls awaiting breeding season. The cows
are exposed to the bulls only during the months that produce calves
from April 15 to October 15 thus avoiding calving during the colder
months. |
Little Swede was purchased by Rolling Prairie Farm
in April 1994 when he was three weeks old. We knew that we had
to have him the second that we saw him. He was the sire of Hot
Shot above. His blood runs deep in our herd as he was the
foundation bull that we used for our line breeding. We are
very happy that we decided to purchase him and wouldn't change a
thing if we could do it over. |

| A couple of bulls in early spring. |
Domino is a great looking bull that we used for a
couple of years and then sold. We have kept back several of
his daughters for our breeding program. We hated to see him go
but we can't keep them all. |
